Requests For Funding
Vettes-4-Vets plans, organizes, and oversees one or more fundraising events annually. Event proceeds are distributed to one or more nonprofit organizations that provide assistance to Veterans and military personnel and/or their family members in distress and/or need.
Vettes-4-Vets is now accepting Request For Funding for 2011 & 2012.
ONLY established 501 (c) 3 nonprofit entities may apply for Vettes-4-Vets funding assistance. Submit your request by downloading and completing our Request For Funding application.
Each organization selected to recieve funding is required to:
- Be a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit in good standing in the community and IRS.
- Participant in the Vettes-4-Vets fundraising event, e.g., a. Attend planning meetings, b. Provide event volunteers.
- Promote the Vettes-4-Vets fundraising event, e.g., Include a web site statement and link.
- Use donated funds as specified in their application.
- Permit Vettes-4-Vets access to facilities and/or records to verify compliance.
Vettes-4-Vets funding request committee meets periodically to review RFF applications and will notify the organization(s) selected to recieve monies in writing and/or by e-mail.
